Workshops
We hosted our first bale raising on our Ocean Beach ADU project. We were joined by long time straw bale Architect, Bob Theis, who helped guide the crew of volunteers, friends, and family. We had two wonderful days of fun in the dust and chaos, sharing our enthusiasm for natural building with the community.
ClayFest Northwest is a mini festival/workshop for women and trans folks that was held summer 2025 on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington state. The focus was on the artful integration of clay and earthen materials into the home. Picture all your favorite natural building babes camping in a field, sharing stories, skills and techniques, singing, dancing, and playing the mud.
It was absolute magic. We look forward to hosting another in the coming year!
